Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and connecting incoming calls to requested areas, transferring clinical and support staff calls to desired destinations, and obtaining additional information from callers as needed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and connect incoming calls to requested areas
  • Transfer clinical and support staff calls to desired destinations
  • Obtain additional information from callers as needed
  • Operate as a key member of the emergency management process
  • Dispatch teams in a clear, accurate, and calm manner to respond to emergencies
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service, retail, or other fast-paced business environment preferred
  • Prior call center experience a plus
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal communication skills including active listening
  • Strong reading comprehension, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Ability to handle high call volume professionally, efficiently, and confidentially
  • Good organization, prioritization skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities
  • Ability to remain calm during emergency situations
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $15.34 - $22.77 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and shift differentials. You may also be eligible for various benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
