Rutland Regional Medical Center is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and service excellence. As a Patient Registration Specialist, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by accurately identifying and pre-registering patients in our hospital information system.

Key responsibilities include gathering and verifying patient information, processing registrations, and communicating with patients and families. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Windows desktop applications.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of customer service experience, we encourage you to apply. Prior experience using computerized information systems and knowledge of medical terminology are also beneficial. A Certified Healthcare Access Associate certification is preferred but not required.

You can expect a competitive salary between $16.60 and $24.65 per hour, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
