Overview

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Telecommunications Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing general administrative support to our staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, staff, and visitors. You will also need to possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and service, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field, with prior call center experience a definite asset. We also require a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license may be necessary depending on location.

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $15.34 - $22.77 per hour, plus differential rates of up to $8.00 per hour for nights, and a range of benefits designed to support your well-being and career development.
