Qualifications:

- Proficient in troubleshooting the Office 365 suite, Zoom, Windows 10, Mac OSX, iOS, Bloomberg, and other financial software (experience in finance is advantageous but not essential).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to independently manage projects.
- Familiarity with network technologies, including Local Area Networks, Home Networks, and VPNs.
- Capacity to meet stringent deadlines and perform well under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
