Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At Gaumard Scientific, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product-related support via various channels, including telephone, email, and web-based platforms.
  • Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver training to customers on the use of medical simulators, utilizing various methods such as phone, WebEx, or classroom settings.
  • Familiarize yourself with industry concepts, practices, and procedures to provide expert-level support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product-related issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Experience with workstation software and hardware installation, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
