About the Position: We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead our West Coast sales operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing key growth strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving business results that meet our financial targets. Key responsibilities include hitting annual targets, building strong relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date with market trends. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will oversee continuing education and training for the sales team, focusing on sales practices, product features, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing high-performance sales teams is essential. The ideal candidate must be able to create a comprehensive sales plan for the territory and successfully position our products against competitors. Articulate communication skills and the ability to develop regional teams are also crucial. Furthermore, the candidate should be comfortable hiring and training new team members and based in the Pacific or Mountain time zones. Regular travel (25-45%) is expected.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
