About the Job:
RapidAir Compressed Air Products is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Western United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development through the acquisition of new direct customers, including distribution and channel partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Pursue and generate new sales opportunities through data mining, cold-calling, lead follow-up, and networking with regional contractors, mechanical general contractors, architects, and industrial distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities, establish sales tactics, and penetrate target customer applications.
  • Consultatively determine and recommend the proper products for customer application requirements, serving as a strategic product specialist and trusted advisor.
