Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the West Coast territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through our channel partners.

About the Role:

  • You will set direction for your region, collaborating with our Account Executives and Sales Engineers to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence, bringing enthusiasm, expertise, and creativity to our company.
  • You will accurately forecast revenue numbers and effectively manage your segment by establishing accurate plans and forecasts, prioritizing efforts, and generating short-term results while holding a long-term perspective.
  • You will unearth customer insights, define value propositions, determine sales and marketing strategies, and enable the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners, and other internal teams.
  • You will build critical relationships within our partners, focusing on building trust and growing partner business.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous software sales experience, including channel/business development and sales.
  • Expertise in selling Cyber Security solutions / Security Software through the Channel is ideal.
  • Self-motivated individual not afraid of rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.
  • Focus on execution and results – establishing high standards for performance, follow-through, and holding people accountable for results.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cultivate deep relationships to deliver customer value.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
