Customer Service Advocate

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled On-Site Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving billing and payment issues, and working collaboratively with our clients to achieve their goals.
- Making and answering calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues
- Providing face-to-face support to patients and clients to address their concerns and questions
- Responding to requests for information from patient/account holders in a professional and timely manner
Additional Responsibilities:
- Investigating and responding to client inquiries as needed
- Entering and monitoring payment arrangements
- Updating data and dispositions regarding patient accounts accurately and on time
- 1+ years experience in healthcare, insurance, call center, or customer service functions with public contact
- Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance, and/or administration preferred
- Strong computer skills, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, and keyboarding
