As a Seasonal Customer Service Specialist with Ferrellgas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This role involves taking inbound and outbound telephone calls, working with customers to sustain and improve business relationships, and ensuring accurate account setup, maintenance, and closing of all customer account information.
Responsibilities- Work with customers on a daily basis to maintain and grow business relationships.
- Customize Ferrellgas programs and services to meet customer needs and strive to obtain new business.
- Maintain accurate customer account information and handle customer issues according to our customer complaint resolution policy.
- Perform soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due, as well as some cash handling.
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
We are looking for an individual with 1+ years' of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and exceptional customer service and negotiation skills. You should also have strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
