Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Coordinator, you will enhance your Human Resources skills while managing essential activities throughout the employee lifecycle:

Although you may be the sole HR representative at your location, you will have the support of a knowledgeable HR team across our health system, ensuring the sharing of best practices and standards. Our HR team is dedicated to providing new hires with valuable, hands-on experience in the fast-paced healthcare sector. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will collaborate daily with the hospital leadership team to address both business and employee needs, fostering an interactive and engaging work environment.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources is preferred; however, 4 years of relevant experience or PHR/SHRM certification may substitute for formal education.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Essential HR competencies include:
- Knowledge of employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, NLRA, ADA, etc., with the ability to research and consult with team members on complex issues.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
