Hospitality Specialist Job Description

At Lehigh Resort Club, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hospitality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the efficient and organized operation of the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with guests, owners, and internal teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest issues, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as processing advance deposits, reconciling rentals, and managing RCI banking.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
