Hospitality Specialist Job Description

At Lehigh Resort Club, we are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our resort guests and owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Ensure the efficient and courteous operation of the front desk, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing room assignments.
  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Revenue Management: Process all incoming revenue from various departments, balance cash drawers, and reconcile rentals for the previous month.
  • Inventory Management: Perform daily inventory management tasks, including ordering office supplies and preparing night audits.
  • Guest Services: Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth response to guest requests, make reservations, and process advance deposits.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Run reports, correct errors, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Requirements: Must have a timeshare, hotel, or motel front desk background. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
