Hospitality Specialist Job Description

At Lehigh Resort Club, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hospitality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the efficient and courteous operation of the front desk, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests.
  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Revenue Processing: Process all incoming revenue from various departments, ensuring accurate and timely posting of transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and performing daily audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Run reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to management and other departments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless response to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
