Radiology Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Tech II 8 Hr to join our team at Lehigh Regional Medical Center. As a member of Prime Healthcare, a Top-15 hospital system in the United States, we are committed to delivering patient-centered healthcare with dignity and respect for all.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic radiographic, CT scan, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, or special procedures according to department protocols.
- Function as the first line interface with customers and ensure their imaging needs are met.
- Participate in PI/QC activities and assist in maintaining performance improvement programs.
- Oversee radiology areas and/or staff in the absence of management.
- Maintain department supplies and promote teamwork and good customer service.
- Process and transmit images to PACS.
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by state.
- Appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
- Proficient computer skills.
- One year of acute clinical radiography experience preferred.
