B&B Cool Air is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration equipment in commercial locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment, including coolers, refrigerators, and ice machines.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and service functions using company service boards.
• Collaborate with other team members to anticipate and develop solutions to client problems.
• Install, maintain, and repair indoor air quality systems, including warranty services and emergency repairs.
• Work safely in accordance with industry standards.
• Exemplify the company's core values as a brand ambassador.
• Guide and advise customers on air quality systems and services.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating.
• General HVAC skills are a plus.
• Available to work a rotating on-call schedule after hours.
• Open to working overtime.
• Independent thinker and self-motivated.
• Over 23 years of age with a driver's license for more than 3 years to drive a company-issued vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
