Senior Sales Development Manager

The Senior Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned territory, covering the Midwest region including Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
This is an outside sales position that requires a minimum of 50% travel in the territory. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in managing a similar geography and possess strong technical/problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve individual sales goals in the assigned region.
- Maintain required product and customer application/technical knowledge to service customer needs.
- Establish specific account strategies for major sales opportunities and provide input during the preparation of annual regional sales forecasts and plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience managing a similar geography.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission/bonus, company car provided, and full company benefits package.
