Job Summary

The Senior Ecommerce Manager will oversee the development and execution of our ecommerce strategy, focusing on improving website user experience, driving online sales, and enhancing customer engagement. This role requires a technical background, combined with expertise in merchandising, marketing, and sales strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Website Optimization: Assess and improve website navigation and functionality to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize various tools to track customer behavior, analyze sales trends, and inform project prioritization and team direction.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including web development agencies, digital storefront solutions, and other innovative tools to drive sales.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the ecommerce team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of ecommerce experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in ecommerce management, including website management, user experience optimization, vendor relations, and data-driven insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication and project management skills, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
