Business Development and Inside Sales

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Inside Sales professional to join our team at Palmer Group. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling high-volume broker services to clients across various industries.
- Utilize the network to solicit new sales opportunities and manage leads from customer referrals
- Create strong working relationships with clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales environment. A bachelor's or associate degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement.
Our estimated salary for this position is between $70,000 and $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We also offer benefits and commissions, making it an attractive opportunity for sales professionals looking for a new challenge.
