Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Life Enrichment Assistant at Highmark Senior Living.

About the Role

This part-time position is available every other weekend, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering meaningful experiences to our residents by supporting the development and execution of programming that incorporates the Six Dimensions of Wellness.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing engaging activities for dementia residents;
  • Contributing to the planning of the Life Enrichment calendar based on resident interests;
  • Assisting with coordinating and supervising planned outings;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years of experience working with seniors;
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English;
