Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in the assigned customer account.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for strategic objectives in an assigned account.
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Account Management:

The Senior Account Manager will manage the Cat Cat Paving Specialist and the pump and shoring team, and maintain a functional relationship with the rental strategic account manager to ensure alignment with company goals.

This role will manage the company's sales and rental efforts in key industries, such as, but not limited to, waste, scrap metals, and paving.

Leadership and Management:
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, planning and organization skills, project management and prioritization skills, and teamwork skills.
  • Be a leader with great people skills, an enthusiastic personality, a proven communicator, and the ability to teach job responsibilities to new team members.
  • Have sound organizational skills with the ability to coordinate programs and logistics associated with the programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related field, MBA is a plus; or equivalent combined education and work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in a large account leadership role in service delivery or a similar industry.
  • 10+ years of relevant senior-level management experience in a sophisticated and complex metric-driven environment with a focus on executive operations management, including strategic planning and follow-through, budgeting, and P&L.
  • Prior business development experience.
Physical Requirements:

This role requires sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information.

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
