Senior Manager, Customer Account Management

CAS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Customer Account Management to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless delivery of our scientific information solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer accounts, including setting up and maintaining customer master data
- Coordinate and perform customer support functions, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Communicate and implement customer support policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure increased business productivity through implementation of new system solutions
- Manage personnel, including hiring, setting objectives, and measuring performance
- Proven experience in customer account management and customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with SAP ECC and other sales operations tools
