Job Title: Senior Manager, Customer Account Management

CAS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Customer Account Management to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless delivery of our scientific information solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts, including setting up and maintaining customer master data
  • Coordinate and perform customer support functions, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Communicate and implement customer support policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure increased business productivity through implementation of new system solutions
  • Manage personnel, including hiring, setting objectives, and measuring performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer account management and customer support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with SAP ECC and other sales operations tools
