Job Title: Business Development Executive

Team D3 is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, growing existing accounts, and generating new business. You will cover a defined geographic location, focusing on introducing Team D3 products and services into new and existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting calls into and sales development of new customers, new logos, and generating leads through new channels
  • Building strategic relationships within target accounts, asking for introductions, and leveraging referrals
  • Achieving assigned performance metrics, possessing technical understanding of customer business objectives to map a strategy consisting of software, training, and implementation as a solution to those business objectives
  • Timely follow-up and follow-through on leads received, establishing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with new customers
  • Consistent use of a defined sales process, documenting all account sales activity in CRM, maintaining product and industry knowledge, and client communication
Requirements:
  • Proven success in sales of software products and services
  • Experienced in selling in a high-activity environment
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
