Job SummaryThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new opportunities in the Oklahoma and Arkansas territory. This role requires a strong relationship builder with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with travel professionals and partners
- Travel throughout the territory to promote Collette's products and services
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and repeat business is generated
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proven sales and marketing experience, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel overnight, up to 5+ nights per month
