Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new opportunities in the Oklahoma and Arkansas territory. This role requires a strong relationship builder with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel professionals and partners
  • Travel throughout the territory to promote Collette's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and repeat business is generated
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel overnight, up to 5+ nights per month
