Job Overview

Paul Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Logistics Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and maximize revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of business development experience, ideally within the transportation brokerage or supply chain industry.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to effectively organize and analyze data, create reports and presentations, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Industry knowledge with an in-depth understanding of the transportation brokerage sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
