Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Amplify Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales volume within existing offices and facilities through account penetration and securing new business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent in-person visits.
  • Responsible for up-selling programs, services, and value-added products into the current customer base.
  • Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of the company's mission and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience.
  • Experience in the commercial and industrial water industry or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals & technical procedures.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
