Position: Desktop Support Technician

Location: North Richland Hills, Texas - 5 days Onsite/ Week

Role Overview:
The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for the maintenance and support of organizational computer systems, including desktops and peripherals. This role encompasses the imaging, installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrading of all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal performance of workstations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, either in person, via telephone, or through incident tickets.
* Maintain a high level of customer service while assisting end-users with their technical needs.
* Configure and image laptops and desktops using tools such as SCCM and thumb drives.
* Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices owned by the company.
* Address Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity challenges effectively.
* Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Pay attention to detail to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Proficient in using software tools such as Service Now, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
* An associate degree or higher in an IT-related field, such as computer science or technical support.
* A+ certification in computer technology is advantageous.
* Prior experience in providing desktop and laptop support or similar IT roles is preferred.
