Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for problem areas through various channels including in-person, telephone, or incident tickets.
  • Deliver end-user support and assistance as necessary.
  • Utilize knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently.
  • Configure and image laptops and desktops using tools such as SCCM.
  • Repair and troubleshoot a variety of devices including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Address Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity issues.
  • Manage time effectively and maintain organizational skills.
  • Pay attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in tools such as Service Now, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Educational background: Associate degree or higher in an IT-related field such as computer science or technical support.
  • A+ certification in computer technology is a plus.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in supporting end-user desktop and laptop environments or similar IT roles.

Interview Process:

One interview will be conducted for the hiring process.
