  • Assist end-users with technical inquiries and support requirements.
  • Possess a solid understanding of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking principles.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently.
  • Configure and image laptops and desktops utilizing tools such as SCCM.
  • Repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices owned by the company.
  • Address Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity challenges.
  • Manage time effectively and maintain organizational skills.
  • Pay attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in software applications including Service Now, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Possess an associate degree or higher in an IT-related discipline such as computer science, technical support, or information technology.
  • A+ certification in computer technology is advantageous.
  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in supporting end-user desktop and laptop environments or similar IT roles.

Interview Process:

One interview will be conducted to finalize the hiring decision.
