Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Behr Paint Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of Behr-related business in five or more Home Depot stores in your area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot managers, associates, and customers to ensure Behr's products and services meet their needs.
  • Training: Provide training and support to Home Depot associates and Behr team members on Behr's product line, including demonstrations and classes.
  • Merchandising: Ensure that Behr's products are fully stocked and displayed in a visually appealing manner in the stores.
  • Ordering: Manage inventory levels and place orders for necessary materials.
  • Travel: Regularly visit stores in your territory to ensure adequate time is spent at each location.
