  4. Innovative Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute creative and innovative social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  6. Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms. Recommend and implement emerging trends that align with Nuvolum's goals.
  7. Social Listening: Conduct social listening to gather insights, identify customer sentiments, and proactively address issues or opportunities.
  8. Budget Management: Manage the social media budget efficiently, ensuring the best ROI on paid campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
  1. Deep experience in developing organic and paid social campaigns using Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other channels.
  2. Proven B2B & B2C experience in building social strategies, deploying successful campaigns, and cultivating audiences.
  3. Strong skills in marketing communications and digital marketing.
  4. Demonstrated efficiency in running multiple initiatives, vendors, and other key players as part of the social media practice.
  5. Analytic skills with the ability to analyze and provide deep insights.
  6. Effective interpersonal skills and excellent oral/written presentation skills.
