The Account Management team at Adyen plays a vital role in the business's growth and global brand expansion. As a member of this team, you will handle relationships with diverse international merchants, spanning various industries and channels. You will engage in cross-functional projects in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, enhancing your skills through our AM Academy.

Position: Senior Account Manager, Digital

As a Senior Account Manager with Adyen, you will oversee major enterprise merchants by cultivating strong connections with key stakeholders. You will guide merchants in leveraging Adyen's products and services to drive growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish deep relationships with key decision-makers on strategic accounts
  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure new business and meet financial targets
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers using payment expertise and data insights
  • Mentor and support team members and drive project execution
  • Advocate for customers internally to shape Adyen's product direction
Qualifications:
  • Effective at building relationships and fostering collaborations at all management levels
  • Skilled in leading strategic discussions and technical presentations
  • Proficient in aligning business goals with analytical insights
  • Experienced in managing complex projects and driving results through teamwork
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of client-facing experience in account management or similar roles
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
