Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and manage online 'Consultations' with students and families to facilitate enrollment with School is Easy.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from the initial family contact to consultation and enrollment.
  • Evaluate students based on their learning preferences, academic skills, personality traits, aspirations, and interests to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Generate referrals during consultations and diligently follow up to secure new consultations.
  • Prepare consultation reports for the SIE Director, summarizing the discussions, recommendations made, and outcomes.
  • Maintain a thorough and current understanding of the USA education system and the role of private tutoring within it, enabling confident discussions with families.
  • Be available during daytime, evenings, and weekends via phone, text, or email to respond to inquiries promptly and accommodate client schedules.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
  • Preferably hold a degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales position, ideally in a consultative capacity.
  • Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and handle objections effectively, positioning yourself as a 'trusted advisor' to families.
  • Solid understanding of the USA education landscape and the private tutoring sector, with the ability to articulate how private tutoring can enhance mainstream education.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of scheduling appointments independently and documenting/reporting outcomes.
Compensation Structure
$5 per lead follow-up
$45 per closed consultation on a 'pay as you go' basis
$65 for a 30-hour package
$75 for a 40-hour package
Leads typically increase at the start of the school year and decrease towards the end.

This position is compensated based on the number of lead follow-ups and sales commissions.

This role requires a flexible schedule and the capacity to respond to leads that arrive unpredictably.

This is not a full-time position; it is designed to supplement your income or that of a partner.

This is a remote role.

Compensation: $1,800.00 per month
