This role focuses on fostering ongoing collaboration with the District Sales Leader and Division Sales Manager to ensure outstanding in-store support, implement merchandising strategies, and enhance sales through broader distribution and visibility in stores.

  • Engaging with impulse retailers, including major chains, to promote display vehicles.
  • Communicating promotional initiatives to store management effectively.
  • Introducing innovative products to the market.
  • Boosting product availability at the retail level.
  • Overseeing merchandising displays, constructing, and participating in store setups.
  • Providing monthly reports on pricing trends and case scoring metrics.
  • Building strong relationships with store staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in retail sales within the consumer packaged goods or food sector.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, organize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred safe driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
