Position Overview:

Equipment Sales Consultant Location:

As a Heavy Equipment Sales Consultant at Global Machinery, you will be crucial in building enduring relationships founded on trust, commitment, and outstanding customer service.

Operating from our designated office, you will be key in recommending, showcasing, and facilitating sales and rental agreements of specialized construction machinery to a varied clientele within the construction sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the ongoing growth of our branch, acting as a catalyst for market development.
  • Develop a strong network of industry connections, establishing meaningful relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
  • Oversee the complete process of sales and rental agreements, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Deliver thorough operator training and post-sale assistance to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance market share and elevate the Global Machinery brand through strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to various aspects of the business.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with direct involvement in construction equipment sales preferred.
  • Clean driving record is essential; a CDL license is a plus.
  • Experience in operating construction machinery is advantageous.
  • Self-driven, organized, and responsive individual with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage physical demands including equipment operation, loading/unloading, and demonstrations.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary along with a commission structure based on equipment sales.
