Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Hourly wage plus commission based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in assigned retail environments.
  • Encourage customer referrals and consistently follow up with leads.
  • Drive sales of solar and renewable energy products through engaging interactions and education.
  • Act as a Sales Consultant for V3 Electric's eco-friendly solutions.
  • Inspire interest in V3 Electric's offerings while educating customers about renewable energy and storage solutions.
  • Coordinate appointments for the Inside Sales Team to further connect with potential clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of V3 Electric's customer base.
  • Promote sustainable practices and green energy solutions in the retail setting.
  • Build customer relationships through effective communication and engagement.
  • Utilize technology skills, including proficiency with tablets and various software applications.

Physical Requirements: Reliable transportation is necessary.

Work Schedule: Flexibility to work within retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
