Overview

Offering a Salary Range of $80,500 per annum, this role involves overseeing and supporting Route Sales Representatives in managing customer relationships, conducting sales activities, expanding customer base, exploring new sales prospects, and tracking sales data. As Route Sales Directors, the primary focus includes formulating sales strategies to boost sales, expand customer base, and elevate brand recognition.

Responsibilities revolve around engaging with customers and Route Sales Representatives to enhance sales and market presence independently and with minimal oversight. Analyzing sales and marketing data to provide recommendations for improving customer connections, escalating sales opportunities, and fortifying RSR relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage business operations and activities within the designated area, including budget development and marketing strategies

• Showcase discretion in executing job duties

• Collaborate with Route Sales Representatives to drive additional sales and brand visibility

• Offer guidance to RSRs on nurturing and expanding customer relationships

• Organize key account visits to boost sales and rapport

• Work with Market VP and RSRs to explore market and territory potential for sales growth

• Regularly review sales data and personal growth objectives with Market VP

• Stay updated on consumer trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly

• Explore opportunities with RSRs to acquire new customers and enhance promotions

• Monitor market conditions and advise on promotional effectiveness

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Fulfill integral duties aligned with the role

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years in general management or sales roles, with prior experience in sales positions.

Preferred Education

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Administration, or possess equivalent experience.
