Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at enVista. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Orlando and Northeast, FL territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services through online, in-person, and in-field sales training.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitive activity to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to become a trusted advisor and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with our dealer partners to drive customer acquisition and growth in existing accounts.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage sales opportunities and growth within the territory.
  • Manage assigned geographical territory within allocated expense budget.
  • Participate in local trade shows and company meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Candidate must live within the designated territory/geography.
Skills and Qualifications
  • B2B selling experience using a proven sales model.
  • Ability to digest and verbalize technical product and clinical information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information simply and concisely.
  • Ability to forge relationships with clinicians, decision makers, and dealer partners to build preference for our products and services.
  • Ability to make decisions with consideration to business impact for both current and future opportunities.
Travel and Location Requirements
  • Ability to travel, including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays up to 40%.
  • Key cities: Orlando, Jacksonville, Space Coast.
Compensation and Benefits

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors, including geographic location, skill sets, relevant education and certifications, depth of experience, performance, and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
