Job Title: Business Development Manager

Vaco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
  • Conduct prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet performance objectives
  • Collaborate with recruiters to fulfill open job orders and manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 0 to 18 months B2B sales and/or recruitment experience
  • Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
