Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Roush. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our account managers and sales channels to identify opportunities, support sales and marketing initiatives, and educate customers about Roush services.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and lead strategic initiatives to grow revenue and profitability
- Qualify and produce quality leads
- Analyze national and regional sales and marketing data to support the development of measurement processes, tools, and techniques
- Work collaboratively with internal groups for business development
- Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation through qualified sales calls and visits
- Maintain and update activity in various programs to ensure effective lead management
- Educate and inform new and existing customers about Roush service capabilities
- Nurture early-stage opportunities for future pipeline potential
- Relay key market feedback to help shape the company's sales strategy
- Work with Marketing and Sales teams to identify market opportunities for growth
- Attend industry events and conferences, such as ASTM, IAAPA, and TEA
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the business-to-business sales environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily domestically with some international travel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage corporate relationships with multiple facets
- Ability to coordinate services across multiple departments
- Ability to manage customer experience and drive revenue
