Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute aggressive prospecting strategies to gain access to key decision makers within a prospective client's organization.
  • Maintain ownership of the entire sales cycle, including post-sale/implementation processes.
  • Negotiate pricing and scope-of-service with prospective clients.
  • Complete required sales paperwork and finalize terms of the client service agreement.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales.
