Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and business stakeholders to fulfill open job orders.
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 0 to 18 months B2B sales and/or recruitment experience.
  • Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

Work Environment:

In office. Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.

Travel Requirements:

Less than 5% (almost no travel).
