  • Support educational initiatives directed at healthcare providers, members, and potential clients
  • Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations and marketing guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in external sales and marketing
  • 5 years of experience in managed care
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, CHIP, STAR+PLUS, and Dual Special Needs Plan offerings
  • Proven experience in outreach activities, partnership development, and networking
  • Texas Life and Health Insurance License is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Spanish fluency is advantageous
  • Strong work ethic with the capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
  • Experience utilizing social media tools for information sharing

Reports to: Supervisor/Manager
