Job Overview

REQUIRED: BILINGUAL - SPANISH

The Customer Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Associate Engagement Centers. This position focuses on enhancing both customer and associate experiences. Responsibilities include guiding new associates through the employment process and evaluating candidate strengths to ensure optimal job placements. Additionally, this role involves engaging with both new and existing clients to foster strong relationships and fulfill our mission of connecting people with work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Engagement Specialist is tasked with:
  • Building and maintaining business relationships with clients and temporary associates.
  • Conducting outreach to clients to promote repeat business.
  • Assisting new applicants throughout the employment process.
  • Facilitating onboarding processes and ensuring compliance.
  • Selecting associates for job assignments and directing them to job sites.
  • Following up with clients regarding associate performance and quality.
  • Staying informed about current job openings and focusing on relevant activities to meet staffing needs.
  • Meeting fill rate targets linked to completed activities.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators, including candidate volume and onboarding rates.
  • Participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and managing community partnerships.
  • Occasionally conducting client check-ins for large projects.
  • Distributing personal protective equipment as required and tracking usage for budget management.
  • Administering drug testing for associates based on client requirements.
  • Setting up and facilitating on-site client orientations.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on JobStack.
  • Upholding company values of integrity and respect in all interactions.
  • Delivering exceptional service to both clients and associates.

Qualifications

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the staffing industry, particularly in recruiting and customer engagement.
Licenses/Certifications
  • Valid driver's license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance are required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, talking, and/or hearing for extended periods.
  • Regular lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19.20 to $24.00, based on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
