Qualifications:
  • Recent Graduates Encouraged to Apply: Thrive SPC is eager to train and develop candidates who demonstrate compassion, dedication, and a strong alignment with our core values.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service within a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven success in establishing long-term relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve performance goals. A positive attitude is essential.
  • Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Experience in home care or healthcare is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the staffing requirements of our patients and their families promptly.
  • Coordinate the initiation of new patient referrals in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor.
  • Utilize Thrive SPC's applicant tracking system to engage and convert nurses and other care team members following initial screenings.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to attract nursing talent through various channels, including sourcing, employee referrals, and local job fairs, to effectively meet staffing needs.
  • Ensure that the preferred working hours of nurses are met weekly to promote team retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Specialist to verify that all nurse credentials are current.
  • Employ strategic staffing methods to optimize care coverage for all patients and nurses, including communicating schedule changes and ensuring appropriate clinician assignments based on patient needs and insurance authorization.
  • Manage on-call responsibilities, addressing employee and client needs, and covering open shifts as necessary.
