About the Role

Aaron's is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Operational Support: Assist the General Manager with operational functions, including inventory management and showroom maintenance.
  • Delivery Support: Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available.
Requirements
  • Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Driver's License: Valid state Driver's License and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
  • Physical Demands: Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
