Job Summary

As a Guest Service Representative at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes checking in and out guests, handling guest requests, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check in and out guests, verifying their identity and ensuring that their rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Handle guest requests, such as room changes, extra towels, and other amenities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception desk, lobby, and surrounding areas.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to guest service, safety, and security.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
