Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate at FirstService Residential, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents and guests, check in and out, and provide information as needed
Identify and clarify residents' needs and desires, answer questions, and provide directions
Develop inventories of services and maintain guest privacy and the organization's reputation
Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor and screen messages, control access for authorized vendors, and update job knowledge
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong abilities with computers, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines, prioritize time effectively, and make decisions creatively
