Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle requests for mail, messages, and packages in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining a clean and organized work area and participating in the creation of an enjoyable work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
