About the Role:

SERVPRO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving sales growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow sales territory revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize marketing software to track lead activity and opportunities, and provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
  • Participate in marketing events and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
  • Strong process and results-driven attitude.
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
