Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
SERVPRO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving sales growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow sales territory revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize marketing software to track lead activity and opportunities, and provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
- Participate in marketing events and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
- Strong process and results-driven attitude.
- Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
